Xmas 2018 Party and Dates of Club Opening Times

This Thursday 20 th December we are having the Poole chess club Xmas dinner at the Elstead Hotel at 7pm with the clocks starting at 7,30pm.

All arrangements for seating and food orders have been finalised for the 19 members coming, it should be  good night and I look forward to seeing you all there.

The chess club will be closed on the 20/12 consequently but will be open for business on the 27/12 if you wish to  have a break and get away from the Xmas festivities and will carry on as usual every Thursday onwards, all visitors and guests are welcome.

Flirt cafe chess running every Wednesday continues this week 19/12 but will close for the Xmas period 26/12 and 2/1 unless their is interest in being there, if any members would like to come along on the 2/1 please contact either myself or Chris Ambrose.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish all members/chess players and all a  happy Xmas and a prosperous and successful 2019 especially over the board!
