Valentines night re match when the Junior teams meet again

In the re match of the Knights vs Bishops the Juniors are unfazed by Valentine’s night as we are scheduled to play 6 boards. The first match result was 4.5/1.5 Knights in January although I was told the games were a much closer than the final score indicates.

So with Steve heading up the Bishops and Graham heading up the Knights with both teams supported by Juniors it promises to be a fun and exciting evening. Good luck to both teams.

The Dorset league Div 1 match also scheduled has been postponed at the request of Weymouth as they have decided to celebrate Valentine’s night else where – strange!

As always, all are welcome and there should be plenty of room to play casual chess.
