Update on matches and teams this week

Good luck to our teams playing this week as 4 of our B & D League resume matches this week at the half way point of the season.

Our E Team captained by Christine are taking on Bournemouth C tonight and hope to maintain their position at the top of Divison 5.

Our D team captained by Mike take on Bournemouth B at home on Thursday night.

Finally on Friday night which is a first, we have the return internal derby match between our A and B teams and the A team are hoping to avenge the defeat and gain much needed points. All visitors welcome on Friday night.

Tonight is our open social night and we resume all chess activities this week so I look forward to seeing all chess members at the club over the next couple of weeks.

Whist writing, our web site needs you to contribute any chess related items, including games, puzzles, and related useful information. In addition our site needs constant posts to make it useful and interesting for all. Please try and do this in 2020.
