Summer At The Club

The season has now finished and summer is upon us (as I sit here writing this with the sound of torrential rain outside). With the absence of league matches we have the time for other things.

• Summer league
• AGMs (B&DCL AGM Tuesday 10th June in Southbourne)
• Training
• Casual games

More details will be released when dates and details are known, at the moment we have details on the summer league. The summer league is a casual competition where the two teams agree on a number of players and then meet at a pub or similar – hopefully in their garden and have a more casual and unrated game with a focus more on social than competition.

When we have matches the club will be closed by default as most people who are available will be able to join us at the specific venue. There is likely to be nobody at the club on these dates!

All members are welcome to get involved in the summer league, get in touch with John or myself so we know numbers.
