Poole B v Dorchester D – County Div 3

Dragi proved to strong against William Woodhouse, on board 1 as the grading suggests but a good scrap nevertheless. A cracking game on board 2, fair play to Paul Brackner who battled back from 2 pawns down against Simon Patterson ( in a little time trouble) to eventually win. Dave Burt and Sid Jones agreed a draw on board 3 much to the pleasure of Dave after a difficult start to the season having been away from the board for a number of years. Jamie marches on with a quick win over Ted Paul  who is not easy to beat. Well done all, thank you Dorchester for fielding and excellent side in good spirits.

A win which puts us top of the table for now – fantastic!
