Chess Room Tuesday 27th August

Just FYI, should anybody be thinking of using the chess room on Tuesday 27th August, it will not be available, as there is a RBL meeting in there that night.

We have been given the green light to use the room whenever as long as nothing else is booked, that information can be obtained from the bar staff if required.

Clearing the room of old cardboard and cabinets is on-going, help required there, they also want help to move the bench seats at the back of the room into the snooker room from where they originally came, to be replaced with more chairs.

When all this has been done, hopefully before our season starts, it will give us much needed extra elbow room, especially when we may have 3 teams competing.
