REMINDER FOR CHESS CLINIC THIS TUESDAY 12/11/19

LAST WEEK’S MATCHES

After our not so good week on the boards last week when our 3 of our teams lost we have the opportunity to come and learn some end game tactics on Tuesday evening at the club.

On a happier night congratulations to our Dorset league Div 3 team captained by Graham in a comfortable 3-1 win at Wimborne. Also well done Jamie who claimed his 2nd win of the season against a  very experienced Wimborne player.

CHESS CLINIC

On our 2nd clinic of the season both Mike Duggs and John have kindly  offered to go through some end game tactics including pawn structures and all things end games. This will start at 7.30 pm and has a schedule of approx 1 hour.

I hope you can come along and support this as the guys which will be an informal an inter active session. Please pass this on to anyone who would like to come along and enjoy the evening.

XMAS DINNER EVENT – 12/12/19

I have sent our the menu’s and payment information for this evening previously by e mail but will be bring along the menu order form for members that can come along and arrange payment if possible. The hotel will need confirmed numbers and payment by end of November.
